I can't say enough how happy I was to have Gabe and Maria as my realtors.  My husband and I purchased a new build in Santa fe,  and it was frought with issues and delays from the builder side from the beginning. Maria and Gabe are the absolute best. I reluctantly decided to sell by house after a year of renting it when I moved out of state. The week I came back to town to fix it up and get ready to sell, I got sick. Maria and Gabe were angels and took care of everything. They got a licensed contractor to do all the work, at a very reasonable price, and put it on the market within a week. The property closed within two months.
